At the Human Excellence Project we are working with our local communities to strengthen our connections and build individual resilience, by daring to change the paradigm of how we support and help people.We are concerned about how HELP has been commercialised in our communities! In a time when we need to be there for each other group coaching has become a multi millionaire dollar bubble. We offer daily early morning support 365 days a year at different beach locations in North Perth. This allows individuals from all walks of life to build strong bonds with other people from the community. We offer a weekly introduction at 5:15am to meditation and Marcel Hof Method Breathwork. Meditation & breath work are great practices to help calm people & helps them to make better choices & decisions.We offer monthly mens and women's nights for our community this allows individuals to build trusted relationships & to share in a safe, non judgemental space.We offer monthly Ice bath events again to help you to get way out of your comfort zone. We offer monthly challenges like walks, float days, talks and camps.We offer quarterly sense making course for people who have committed to the group. We offer quarterly NO ALCOHOL retreats for our committed members to have fun by doing water sports, dancing to our amazing DJ's, lots of activities and celebrating with healthy living & food.Even though everything we offer is at NO COST, You can't buy your way into our events. You have to commit to your own personal growth by showing up firstly for yourself then for your family and finally for the community.
