I am a business coach who focuses on maximising peoples potential. I use assessment tools along with in-depth conversations getting to know you and your goals will help identify when you are at your best, your strengths and give us a better awareness of ourselves and other people. We will then create a development plan for a pathway to success. This is ideally suited to middle management, high potential staff, those that want more self knowledge and anyone wanting to maximise there personal potential. My background has been corporate insurance; I've worked for small companies and large global companies in business development roles, advising corporate clients on their risk management and insurance. I have a lot of experience of insurance but also retail, wholesale, manufacturing and logistics companies. I've been influencing other people and coaching them how to sell, how to run a successful business to hit their targets and how to get the best out of their people.
