Rahnmet is exclusively a rock crusher manufacturing and repair facility. Established in 1929, Rahnmet is the only independent crusher bronze foundry in North America capable of casting 15,000 lbs. bushings. We use our state of the art welding department capable of welding in excess of 120 lbs per hour to refurbish steel parts. Our custom built vertical press is the largest in Canada with a capacity of 1200 tons to dismantle all sizes of shafts. The machining department is capable or turning and completing very large parts with the largest being in excess of 5-meter diameter. Component Repairs, Babbitting bearings, Casting Bronze, Rebuilding Rock Crushers, Onsite Technical Service - We are the original "Crusher Specialists". Rahnmet distinguishes itself from all others by being the only facility in North America who manufacturers and repairs all bronze and steel crusher components in one location.
