We are not involved in buying, selling, or leasing activities, thus ensuring a totally objective approach to clients' needs. We also do not advertise in the market, but build our business based on referrals from satisfied clients.We are an independent group and are free to select the best tradesmen, the best insurance cover and the best services for our clients.Whilst some Strata Management companies focus on a volume based management and offer low management fees, we believe that strata management is a partnership between the Manager and the client and that this inter-relationship is the key to successful management.Strata Partners appreciates that Management is all about people; understanding them, working with them, and achieving results together.Strata Partners accepts involvement in strata management at any time in the development process following registration of the Strata Plan.
