The American Engineers was established by August of 2013 in Los Angeles, CA. This was the time of recession wherein there was no project to do. However, through the optimistic and entrepenural minds of the founders, Ramon and Ellery, the company was established. The founders believed that recession is hard, but it would also end eventually. In fact, the founders foresee that it was the best time to put up a business, while the economy was at its low point, and to drive the business along with the economy as it rebounds towards prosperity.
