I teach you the skill of coaching leadership. In my team trajectories we are fully committed to increasing the mental fitness, connection and involvement of the team members. Creating support for the vision, goals, choices and decisions is an important part of this. I teach the team to have effective meetings, to make structured plans and to achieve its goals in a result-oriented manner.
