With the expansion of our mental health services, we are seeking behavioral health professionals to provide care in our 22 primary care co-located clinics and 18 standalone behavioral health centers. Our model of care has earned us distinction from the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home in Behavioral Health Integration.
