AgeWell Middle Tennessee (formerly known as The Council on Aging of Middle Tennessee), champions informed and positive aging and serves as a trusted information hub, a catalyst for solutions to unmet needs and an advocate for older adults and their families. We provide helpful resource guides like the Directory of Services and Scam Prevention brochure along with free information and referral services for older adults and caregivers throughout Middle TN. COA also addresses unmet needs like senior transportation, affordable housing, and caregiver support by partnering with nonprofit, academic, and government organizations and businesses to develop innovative solutions.As more of us live longer, we have an exciting opportunity to rethink the future of our communities.Our strategy is simple: identify the unmet needs of older adults and caregivers; create solutions through collaborative leadership, innovative services, and advocacy; and bring these solutions to scale to improve lives.
