As families are geographically distributed either living in different states or even in different countries, and as our loved ones grow older, we, adult children worry about them and their well being.How can we stay in touch with them in a simple way that does not require them to learn to use a new device?We, at Sociavi, are set on a mission to build the simplest way to communicate and engage with our loved ones older adults, offering peace of mind to their family and caregivers.Given the prevalence of Alzheimer's and dementia among older adults, our mission of communication expanded to engagement. With that our product also allows people with memory care needs to engage and be stimulated - communication in a non-verbal way.We use simple straightforward technology and self-contained hardware to facilitate communication between aging adults, their families, friends and caregivers. Our specifically designed, touch screen communication device, the Sociavi C2M (Connect To Me), provides the aging adult with a "small appliance" that is simple to operate and easily integrates into their daily life. The Sociavi C2M is always ready in the aging adult's residence. There is no login, password or app to start. The aging adult's information along with the family and friends' names and icons are displayed on the screen ready for the aging adult to connect!The Sociavi C2M device allows families to connect with their loved ones far, near, simply and globally. Especially during the unprecedented and uncertain times of the pandemic, we are proud to give peace of mind to families and caregivers.
