Forn Projects is a group of restaurants in Palma de Mallorca that was born from the success of Forn de Sant Joan, a renowned gastronomic restaurant on the island that was founded in 1992 thanks to its founder: Joan Baqués, whose sons, Carlos and Christian Baqués remodelled the restaurant, which was originally a bakery, thus continuing the family business. The Forn Projects family is completed with the restaurants Ombu and Koa. Passion for the world of creative gastronomy, constant work and daily innovation is what has allowed us to consolidate our position as one of the most renowned restaurant groups on the island and what motivates us to continue growing day by day.
