Our Project Management services include third-party/tenant liaison, interior fit-out PM, repurposing/change of use, shell specification negotiation and management, shell delivery PM (including cut and carve). We are a passionate, driven and experienced team who are commercially focussed having gained knowledge and experience in a wide range of sectors and disciplines. Our Quantity Surveying and Cost Management offers include managing all building-related costs, from initial cost estimates to the final figures. Our dedicated team seek to minimise the costs of projects and enhance value for money for our clients, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. Through our Contract Administration proposition, we act as trusted advisers ensuring the contract is administered correctly. Our team have an in-depth understanding of a range of contract types, advising on the best contract type for each project.
