KALAS Sportswear is the leading manufacturer and distributor of cycling apparel in Central and Northern Europe. Apart from cycle clothing for the retail trade, we also deal with customised production for cycling, triathlon, orienteering, athletics, ice-hockey, football and other sports. We dress world champions, Olympic winners, national teams, many other professional teams and thousands of recreational cyclists in many countries worldwide. Our customised production is extremely popular and among our most important clients are: Škoda Auto, Saint Gobain, Marks & Spencer, Aker, Subaru, Budweiser Budvar, ABB, LeasePlan, Cibel. Teams we supply include the Czech national cycling team, Swedish national cycling team, Kwadro-Stannah, ETIXX cycling team, KTM road-and-trail.com, team Joker etc. We use the Japanese digital plotter Mimaki with Italian inks for printing on Swiss sublimation paper. To transfer printing on fabric we use the Italian machine Monti Antonio. However, even the best technology cannot replace the skilled hands of our vastly experienced seamstresses that sew the KALAS sportswear directly at the headquarters of our company in Tabor (Czech republic). Innovative development continues to evolve every day so we are always looking for new ways to improve our products. When developing our products we work with professional sportsmen and with renowned research institutions, such as the Technical University of Liberec to create clothing that meets the highest requirements for functionality and comfort.
