Also I am primarily responsible for supervising the market plans and market optimization, with a prioritization on the selection of specified target audiences. Drive the real estate development/selection strategies for new and existing markets by developing and executing cost effective, realistic and functional tactics. Drive the enhancement of real estate database management software and business processes Analyze and evaluate data on a wide variety of real estate matters, including title information, architectural documentation and property surveys. Approval point of all purchase contracts and leases to include: approval of appropriate lease structures, business terms, rents and real estate committee approval conditions to assure compliance with legal and company standards relative to lease documentation, use requirements and rent control. Oversee and provide insight into the negotiations and document lease extensions and other lease amendments. Liaise with Company's legal team regarding lease negotiations and lease revisions.
