European Green Cities Network (EGCN) is a network of cities, organisations and companies focussing on contributing to the development of green cities and buildings in a sustainable Europe. EGCN is working with innovation projects, implementation of best practice in planning and building projects, education and dissemination. Actual acitivites are arranging seminars, editing newsletters and magazines for European research and development projects.EGCN is engaged in a number of EU-projects. Read more under at www.greencities.eu.Further more EGCN has a network of City Guides, who are ready to arrange and manage contacts to actors at the sustainable "scenes" in the member cities.EGCN also initiates new project proposals and applications.
