Management Coaches, is a consulting company created in Madrid, by Miguel Ángel Rodríguez and Pedro Español. This company was founded with the vision of coaching, supporting and advising both owners and managers alike. From our hands-on experience in managing fast growing companies and working as top-level executives, we are able to determine a realistic and pragmatic perspective of every possible outcome.We have worked for more than 25 years in rapidly growing companies across varied industries. Two of our most well known management endeavors include working at Telepizza, a company in which we were involved since its inception, and Jazztel, a publicly traded company that we helped revive from the point of near bankruptcy. Both these aforementioned businesses were lead by Leopoldo Fernández Pujals, the only individual in the history of Spain that has placed two different companies in the IBEX 35. We have acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the restaurant industry as well as several subsections within that industry: fast food, fast casual, and fine dining and in implementation of processes for Delivery..The entrepreneurial and business like mindset that we have acquired and implemented has allowed us to supersede any need to put up excuses. Consequently, this mindset has also given us an instinct to quickly determine when individuals are incapable of performing because they either don't know, they can't, or they don't want to.
