Personal Wellness Journey is an Aromatherapy, Health Education, and Wellness Support company that offers personalized products, tools, and educational services to support everyone's wellness journey in the most holistic way possible. Using behavior change techniques, an education in health, wellness, and education, and my certification in aromatherapy, I create tools for health and beauty that are geared to the individual. I also work to educate and inspire groups and individuals on how to integrate more natural and holistic choices into their daily lives to improve the quality of life for all. Inspired by my journey through an autoimmune disease and back to wellness, I have found that there is hope of wellness for everyone, and that journey is NEVER a "one size fits all" answer. Sometimes it takes time and patience to find it, but with support and the right wellness knowledge and tools, everyone can enjoy a sense of wellness again.
