IH Associates was set up by Ivor Harrison to support businesses in the food and drink industry to grow and prosper in the long term. Leader of and consultant to food & drink companies with brands in the health & wellness arena, large and small. Experience in growing businesses with flat sales, in need of a turnaround, and from start-up; driving innovation and cost control; with businesses that have been PE backed, PLC, or owner managed. Achieved through a management style that inspires those I work with and generates results in an environment in which the individual can make a difference. I work well with entrepreneurial visionary owners, as well as directors in larger corporates, assessing context, developing the strategy and business plan and then focusing on detailed implementation. The result has been sustainable profitable growth.
