The purposes of all National Collaborating Centres for Public Health are knowledge translation, network development, and knowledge gap identification. Our centre is unique, because all of our activity is related to the social determinants of health and/or health equity, and we focus specifically on public health organizations and practitioners. Through various products and services, we work to advance knowledge, foster knowledge use, and accelerate network development.
