This Is Healthful is a collaborative team of regulated healthcare professionals who provide compassionate, evidence based, client-centred health education services. Our education services are based on our Four Pillars of Health: Physical Activity, Essential Eating, Healthy Habits and Mental Hygiene. We offer our education in our Personal and Corporate Health Memberships. A Personal Health Membership is a complete support system as our members embark or continue along their healthful journey. We understand that everyone's healthful journey is unique and there is no cookie cutter approach to health. Our goal is not to TELL our members what they need to do, but rather our goal is to provide them with the tools to make informed decisions about what they WANT to do to improve their health. The specialists at This Is Healthful are ready to stand behind the members along every step of their healthful journey!On staff we have a Registered Dietitian, Kinesiologist, Practical Nurse, Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and other exercise professionals. We work together in one centre offering treatment in a quiet, supportive and non-judgemental environment. Being in one location, our team members can easily communicate and collaborate to plan multi-disciplinary programs to attain the client's therapeutic goals. Our commitment is to provide the client with the highest quality service by collaboratively drawing on the strengths of each of the professionals as needed. Each professional offers their respective traditional health centre services. Clients do not need to be a member to access these services.
