James Weston Pete Baker born and raised in Amarillo, Texas and graduated from Tascosa High School. He attended WTAMU in Canyon, Texas, but transferred and completed his Associate's degree in Electronic Technology, where his initial background was. James was certified to tattoo in the State of Arkansas where each individual artist went through a vast amount of testing in sterilization and cleanliness at Divine Lines in Fort Smith, Arkansas. His adventure in tattoo and travel began in Arkansas and then moved to Colorado where he participated in conventions in Las Vegas and filled guest spots in Colorado and Arkansas. Pistol Pete's vast love of tattooing is expressed in many forms, including black and grey realism, as well as lettering tattoos, which are his specialty. Pistol Pete enjoys all styles including water color, traditional, and new school.
