CZ was founded originally as CZ Construction Management, Inc. in 2001 to provide the central Vermont market with high quality residential construction services. Over the years it seemed that pretty much every house we built had elevated radon levels. ugh! We began building in radon ready elements to these homes and initiated many remediation projects.
