Culinary Competitions International is its own entity, positioned to assist commodity boards and private branded agriculture products around the globe, creatively marketing their commodities and building demand. We recruit international chefs within each target market, who are masterful at creating culturally appropriate dishes and finding new, exciting and delicious ways to use our client's products. The media attention CCI attracts at each competition they manage, drives sales and builds demand. This results in increased shipments to that targeted region and beyond. CCI will coordinate culinary competitions in any country of our client's choosing — domestically or internationally. CCI provides a range of services that strategically positions your commodity or branded product to the trades, potential buyers and end consumers in your target market. Our services are always customized to the unique needs of our clients, from specialized assignments to handling all aspects of your product promotion. Each CCI event is recorded by a professional television crew for inclusion in a new – soon to be syndicated – adventure travel food show appropriately named, "Global Bites". Hosted by internationally renowned celebrity chef, entrepreneur, and headliner Fabio Viviani, Global Bites television show challenges us to see the foods we all know and love in a new light. From fertile soils to the international dining table, Global Bites explores specific growing regions and extraordinary growing practices of the farmer. In discovering a new appreciation of the food grown all around us, Fabio takes an everyday farmer, straight out of the fields, on an exciting and adventure filled trip to the other side of the world. Here, this farmer will experience a whole new culture whilst discovering new culinary techniques for his own commodity. Through craveable dishes and breathtaking locations, we see two very unique worlds become one.
