The firm was designed to meet the need for environmental evaluation as a result of the passage of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Since LSA's founding in 1976, LSA has grown into a full-service consulting firm that continues to grow in terms of markets it serves and services it provides. LSA is 100 percent owned by our employees. Each employee owner has a personal as well as professional stake in the success of each project.
