MTE Paralegal Professional Corporation was established in 2008 to ensure compliant delivery of services formerly provided by our Assessment Base Management division. MTE Paralegal is a certified Professional Corporation under the Law Society of Upper Canada and provides legal services and representation to municipalities in assessment and property tax appeal matters before the Assessment Review Board, other tribunals and the courts. MTE's corporate and operational Head Office is located on the Western edge of the Greater Toronto Area, in the Town of Halton Hills. A secondary office was established in Sarnia, Ontario in 2004 in order to provide key support in South Western Ontario.
