TelCloud: Independent Technology ManagementTelCloud's Independent Technology Management Program offers Carriers, Resellers, and other Service Providers access to MSPs, VARs, Agents and others who can sell their products and services. This is done under our Independent Channel Manager service. The Independent Channel Manager program offers an effective and efficient way to grow their channel sales without the costs and time associated with hiring direct employee W-2 channel managers.How does it work?TelCloud has an extensive database of carriers, telecom resellers, MSPs, VARs, and Agents. We call these companies, Resale Partners. RP's for short.Using automated and person to person marketing, we recruit, train and support RPs to sell your products and services to businesses across America.What does it cost?TelCloud is only paid if the RP we sign up for you sells for you. TelCloud is paid an ongoing, residual commission on sales made by the RP's we sign, for as long as the RP sells for you. Who's Agreement does the RP sign?Yours. We present your standard Partner Agreement to the RP. They sign your agreement and thereafter are handled exactly as any other Partner would be handled by your company. What agreement is signed between TelCloud and your company?TelCloud will provide you an agreement to act as an independent, non-exclusive channel manager for you. The amount paid to TelCloud varies by product and/or service type, complexity and other variables. We recognize you have only so much margin.
