Benelux Film Distributors (BFD) is een onafhankelijke filmdistributeur, die sinds 2006 een leidende positie heeft opgebouwd in zowel de Bioscoop- als HomeEntertainment-markt. Lokale titels als Komt een vrouw bij de dokter, Nova Zembla 3D, New Kids Turbo & Nitro en Rabat worden afgewisseld met titels als The American, Haar naam was Sarah en One Day. In 2012 worden hier, naast diverse andere titels, nog Moonrise Kingdom, Koning van Katoren en Cloud Atlas aan toegevoegd. BFD werkt nauw samen met Inspire Pictures, die als (co) producent en rechtenhouder al haar distributie-activiteiten heeft ondergebracht bij BFD en BFD Home Entertainment. Benelux Film Distributors (BFD) is an independent film distributor, which has built up a leading position in the theatrical and home entertainment market as from 2006. As a result of the right mix of both national as well as international titles in combination with a strong marketing support BFD has grown to a structural Independent Top 3 player. Local titles as Stricken, Nova Zembla 3d, New Kids Turbo & Nitro and Rabat, together with titles like The American, Sarah's Key and One Day brought us an eclectic port folio. In 2012 , amongst other titles, Moonrise Kingdom, Cloud Atlas and the Dutch Family film To be King will be added. BFD is co-operating with Inspire Pictures as the exclusive distribution partner in the Benelux.
