The company has five people working to deliver their services that include recruitment, training and safety consultancy.Andrew is the lead recruitment and safety consultant. Recruitment is predominantly a contract based service. "we love dealing with local companies here in Meath. Our speciality is providing ‘hands-on' workers to companies involved in food production, engineering, and construction. We get to know our customers well and always look at building long-term relationships".Cohort's safety services are varied and include safety consultancy, preparation of documentation and safety audits. Most of our safety clients are local businesses who need help with their safety management. Andrew is also an expert in farm safety and is involved with training and consultancy with many large farm and agribusiness organisations nationally.Cohort provide health and safety training services throughout the country. Training Manager David O' Sullivan says; "Training should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and our sole focus is to ensure key messages are understood and put into practice when trainees return to their workplace".There is a wide array of course available such as safepass, manual handling, abrasive wheels, infection control, first aid, forklifts and mewps. In addition, Cohort provide specialised training courses such as safe cattle handling on farms and lairages, safe slurry handling, ATV / quad bikes, tractor driving and machinery training.We are the go to for a Safepass in Navan, Meath and the surrounding areas issuing nearly 8,000 and counting from our base here in Trim.
