NEED A PALLET FOR THE FUTUREUnitload, through innovative design and testing, has developed and patented a cost-effective, 50lb, super strong, IoT shipping pallet to overcome the significant drawbacks of standard wooden block pallets in the move to more efficient automated warehousing and security of supply chains. NEED TO REDUCE WAREHOUSE COSTSThe Unitload pallet can be edge racked (with 4,000lbs) across the 48" direction with the fork tine openings facing the aisle. This allows up to a 20% reduction in racking steel costs when building deep lane racking warehouses! THE INTERNET OF THINGS IS READY FOR YOUThe pallets have RFID tags which individually number pallets, allowing them and their load to be traced throughout the supply chain through wireless readers, GPS and Blockchain technology. Other sensors such as for temperature monitoring and shock profiling can also be inserted. DEVELOPED WITH CUSTOMERS FOR CUSTOMERSOur pallets were developed and tested for both general use and for cold stores. This was done with a variety of both major and mid-sized companies to ensure compatibility with a large range of materials handling equipment.
