Technology Consulting/Tech Services

At ABC Managed Solutions we use our experience and knowledge of technology within the workplace, to help you achieve the most effective office environment. The cornerstone of our business is focussed towards assisting businesses with the evolution of technology across a wide range of different office environments. Our products and services fit into the following technology strands: • Building Technology • Document and Print Technology • Communication Technology • Visual Technology Every business is unique, and every business faces its own technical challenges. Our experience and agile approach allows us to tailor solutions to suit your unique needs. At ABC Managed Solutions, we understand that no two businesses are the same, so why settle for an off the shelf solution, when you can work with a business that puts your needs first, in a cost-effective offering. Putting our customers first underpins the core principles of how we work, and for this reason we have implemented our ‘Customer First’ Program, which follows 5 steps: #1 Facilitate We provide an Account Management infrastructure and a technology based portfolio to enhance our clients returns from their technology investment. #2 Investigate In order to provide informed solutions, we use detailed audits to fully investigate each client’s current position, infrastructure, views and potential goals. #3 Review We take the knowledge obtained from the audits and send a review of our findings to the client for discussion. #4 Solution Once the client agrees the review, we then provide a selection of solutions, which we believe will benefit the client. #5 Tailor In order to maximise the benefits from the solutions, we then tailor the on-going support and management and measure the results.
