It was designed in 1992 to be the first ever "all hip hop channel", The Hip Hop TV Networks, with the flagship Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards show. The mission is to over time build the Hip Hop TV Networks "Brand" into one of the most recognizable and utilized programming, marketing, and promotional companies that deliver non-stop news & entertainment, sports programs, live concerts, interviews, information, and merchandising through our various "co-branded" properties.
