I'm a producer/songwriter who over the years has focused on writing and producing for other people. In the past, I've been signed as a writer to EMI Music Canada, EMI MUSIC L.A. and Warner Bros Music L.A. I was signed as an artist/producer to SBK Records NYC and Capitol Records L.A. I co-wrote and engineered the #1 hit "Under Your Spell" For Candi and the Backbeat (nominated for the Single of the Year at the 1990 Junos). Co-wrote and produced in part for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle soundtrack. Produced in part (vocals only) Alannah Myles "Black Velvet" the single and "Rocking Horse", Alannah Myles' second L.P.. I was heavily involved with musical productions for CTV and in addition have written and produced music for Pepsi and Coca Cola. Over the years, I've Engineered many different recordings for both record labels and recording artists including BMG, CAPITOL, IRS, ATLANTIC, SRO, EMI, Alannah Myles, Candi, Spunkadelic, Kim Mitchell, Glory Chain, Tokyo (Glass Tiger), Dr. Draw, Ashley MacIsaac, FM, and many, many more. I've managed recording studios in the past, owned my own 24 track analog recording studio and have run a successful artist development and publishing company for many years. pWp is currently immersed in teaching music production in public and private schools throughout the GTA implementing 21st Century learning ideals.
