KCMS is based in Upstate New York (just outside Syracuse) and was founded in 1975 by Ken Patterson. The company was built on the premise that technology does not have to be confusing or expensive, and in the right hands, can be a seamless process to your organizations day-to-day operation. Our company started as a single person part-time operation with only a couple local clients. Today, KCMS has clients in New York, Massachusetts, and Florida. Our clients consist of financial organizations, medical practices, law offices, accounting offices, and environmental consulting firms. KCMS specializes in providing IT services and solutions to small and medium sized organizations (essentially acting as your in-house IT staff). We offer a wide variety of services ranging from personal and business computer sales up to complete networking solutions for your company or office. We provide consultation, purchasing management, creation of custom software programs and websites, build/maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). We use a consultative sales methodology approach because we believe that by taking a technological interest in your organization, we are better able to understand your needs and match them with affordable solutions.
