LTA was established in January 2011 by its current partners and several other experts with the goal of providing legal, tax and accounting advice and audit services under a single roof. Since then, our team has grown steadily and currently counts almost 50 members. LTA has successfully established itself in the market and has become a recognized consulting firm. Our team members have extensive expertise and experience brought from a range of economic sectors. During our many years of operation, we have gained detailed knowledge of many individual markets. We provide advice to large bussines corporations as well as smaller companies and individuals. We provide services to clients in the Czech Republic and other countries through our partner offices In the field of Legal Services we focus in particular on commercial and company law, employment law, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and construction law.In the area of Tax Consultancy we provide comprehensive services - tax planning, tax burden optimization, tax returns and report processing. In the field of Audits we provide verification of regular, extraordinary, and consolidated financial statements and annual reports and process consolidation reports in accordance with rules applicable in corporate groups.And last but not least we offer complete outsourcing of bookkeeping and payroll, including related services such as reporting, VAT return processing and summary reporting. In addition to standard consultancy, we regularly publish newsletters on current legislative matters and organize professional seminars and online webinars. Our consultants have authored several professional publications. In 2017, we received the "Recommended Office" award in the Tax Law category of the Law Firm of the Year awards for the Czech Republic.
