We focus on improving student academic outcomes at the state level.According to NAEP, more than half of K-12 students score "below proficient." Nothing has changed since "A Nation at Risk" was published in 1983.When a large problem is immune to thousands of attempts to fix it, we need to look outside the box for a solution.
