We deliver instructional coaching virtually not out of necessity, but because it's highly effective. Instructional coaching through EdConnective has been virtual since its inception over 6 years ago, enabling us to match the right coach with the right teacher at the right time. Through interactive training for large groups, small group coaching, and 1:1 intensive coaching, EdConnective meets teachers where they are, giving them a 3rd party partner to support them in what they truly need without the evaluative nature of internal observation and feedback.
