Traditional Recruitment is no longer enough. Whilst most HR teams continue to work in the same way they have always done, HR Tech International develops game changing hardware and software to enable in-house and external recruitment teams to proactively win the war on talent and retention. HR Tech International is a dedicated team of researchers and developers who look to utilize all intelligence available to disrupt the status quo. This began as the first digital interviews in Hong Kong and has progressed through to self learning software to proactively spot correct hires through proactive data driven algorithms. Our current prototypes span the areas of gamification, VR and smart data. 2017 will see the launch of our Beta version of the Virtual interview and an easy access social mapping software to seek out the perfect candidates.
