Wexford Real Estate Investors ("WREI") was formed in 2015 as the private market real estate investing arm of Wexford Capital LP ("WCLP") and in 2020 was spun out of WCLP to launch a dedicated real estate platform. Real estate has been a pillar of strength for WCLP since inception in 1994 and through WREI and WCLP's long-standing relationships, WREI sources and executes on value and growth driven real estate transactions using an opportunistic investment philosophy with a willingness to invest in both short-term and long-term investments.
