Griffin & Howe, headquartered in Andover, New Jersey, at the Hudson Farm club, is a retailer of quality bespoke firearms as well as a fully operational gunsmith able to build, repair, modify, and customize firearms. The Griffin & Howe showroom is open all year 7 days a week. We have one of the best shooting schools in the country with second-to-none instructors; including a NSCA Level III shotgun instructor and a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran instructing for our rifle school. Found in 1923 in New York City, owned and operated under Abercrombie & Fitch in the 1930's. G & H supplied 23,000 of its signature side mount scope mounts to Springfield Armory for use on the M1 Garand during WWII. Griffin and Howe became gold standard for rifles with many being made for the likes of Ernest Hemingway, Clark Gable and Bing Crosby, to name a few. The company was sold in 1979 and moved to its longtime home in Bernardsville, NJ with its shooting school located at Hudson Farm, Andover, NJ. Today Griffin & Howe has moved all of its operations to new, state-of-the-art facilities located along side of its shooting school at Hudson Farm.
