Huntington Properties Ltd. (HPL) was established in the early 1980's to serve the growing condominium and commercial real estate markets. Since that time, HPL has developed into a versatile and dynamic leader, providing property management, financial management, and administration and maintenance services. Our existing client base ranges from well-established condominiums to foreign investors, and all points in between. HPL provides a high-level management structure which is complimented by in-house bookkeeping services, back office support and maintenance personnel. Our service portfolio includes nearly 400 condominium units and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space comprised of a mix between retail, office, and light and heavy industrial type properties.Through our many years of service and vast experience, we have developed an extremely diverse and experienced network of contractors and specialists to assist with the support and maintenance of our client's properties – whether it be leasing available space, replacing a roof or tendering grounds maintenance work – we have it covered.At HPL, we consider modern technology to be an extremely valuable tool. We utilize state of the art software programs and technology to assist with the management of our properties.
