Bloxam Burnett & Olliver (BBO) is a New Zealand based, multi-disciplinary company of professional consultants. The company was founded in 1993 by Martin Bloxam, Reece Burnett and John Olliver. BBO provides consulting services in engineering (infrastructure, construction monitoring, structures, water resources, traffic and transportation), planning and land development.
