Philippe Hetier is a native of the French Alps and he first came to Ireland to work with Keith Mosse in 2003 and in 2008 Philippe took over the workshop in its entirety.In his workshop in Bennettsbridge, Philippe specialises in making handcrafted furniture in both Irish and imported timbers using traditional, time-honoured methods and techniques. All the furniture is made to order and is designed with the clients to facilitate their particular requirements. Philippe's areas of specialty include tables, chairs, living/dining & bedroom furniture. Philippe is particularly renowned for his spiral stairs and kitchens. Visitors are welcome to the workshop to watch Philippe transform timber into spectacular projects.
