Located on Boston's north-west border, the City of Everett, MA is experiencing unprecedented new development and economic growth. Two Urban Renewal Plans are underway to focus redevelopment efforts in Everett Square and the Commercial Triangle and over 1,000 units of housing has been approved. These redevelopment areas also lie within State designated Opportunity Zones. Location is everything. And Everett has it. The City is located just 4 miles to downtown Boston and 4 miles to Boston Logan International Airport. There is direct public transit access to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Seaport and close proximity to major transit corridors: I-90, I-93, and Route 1. With over 46,000 residents in 3.2 square miles, Everett is one of the densest and most diverse communities in the Commonwealth.
