Pigeon Falls Health Care Center is our nursing home facility that offers full time care, an Adult day program, and Country Ridge Apartments. Our areas of assessment for adults include: depression, anxiety disorder, substance abuse, dementia, schizophrenia, marital issues and parenting problems.
