The Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency, TLV, is a central government agency whose remit is to determine whether a pharmaceutical product or dental care procedure shall be subsidized by the state.Our duty is to examine which medicines, medical devices and dental care treatments will be subsidised by society. And, we determine what margin pharmacies should use when selling products, meaning the difference between the wholesale and retail prices.We determine the pricing for new dosage forms, strengths and packaging and examine whether they should be included in the high-cost threshold.
