The customer pay's upfront for the amount of copies he needs, after receiving the payment , the central office will load the copies to the copier in the field. There is a pre-warning system when the credits gets low , so that the client does not run out of copy- credits. This concept works almost the same as pre-paid airtime. A very flexible option for any client.
