Our team can accommodate anyone from teens, athletes, clients recovery from injuries, prenatal and postnatal, to clients that want to improve their game in golf and other sports.We offer Private Pilates and GYROTONIC training, Semi Private Pilates and group classes.The group classes are small which gives the instructors the ability to correct form and pay undivided attention to all clients in the class. Our approach focuses on challenging the body appropriately by manipulating the amount of repetitions and resistance until the muscles burn.We offer a wide range of classes based on the focus and level or the class: beginner/ intermediate classes, open for all levels, intermediate/advanced, glutes & abs, gluts, arms & abs, prenatal classes, cardio tramp mix classes, power cardio tramp, and power pilates classes. In order to make our classes fun and challenging we are using props like stability balls, ankle weights, free weights, resistance bands, flex bands and fitness circles.Our studio is equipped with top of the line STOTT Pilates pilates equipment (V2max plus reformers and towers, Cadillacs, Stott pilates chairs, Stott pilates barrels), GYROTONIC and other strength training equipment to create a different experience every time.
