Le Chef Mobile will deliver freshly made dinners for you on a weekly basis. Special Menus or Theme Parties: Crepe Parties or Gourmet BBQs to name a few. Wine Tastings/Dinners: With Chef Pierre's expertise in wine, he can create a menu to perfectly match your wines, educate your guests about particular wines or regions. Established in 1985 Le Chef Mobile was born from an idea by Chef Pierre Jenatton when he first moved to the US. As a European, Jenatton felt that a service catering to intimate dinners in people's homes could be a great business idea. Jenatton contacted the local food critic for the Boulder Daily Camera and so impressed the food critic that an incredible idea was born. In 1992, Jenatton moved to Boston, where he pursued Le Chef Mobile as a full-time venture. In 1995, the Boston Globe covered Le Chef Mobile, as part of a trend in personal chefs and the rest is history.
