Formed in 2014 by Chef Leslie Bullock, Cat Island Cookie & Cracker Co. is committed to producing high quality, wholesome, all natural snacks and treats. Our products are made via socially responsible and sustainable practices at our production facility in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Returning to her native roots on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with her two young daughters, critically acclaimed New York pastry chef Leslie Bullock immediately noticed there were few, if any, options available for wholesome all natural snacks and treats. Tired of lamenting over the lack of diversity of natural snacks and treats she decided to do something about it and formed Cat Island Cookies.For our Sweet Islanders we offer a variety of cookies: Brown Butter, Lemon Butter, Lime Butter, Deep "C" Chocolate Chip, Toffee Chocolate Chip, and Pecan Chocolate Chip. For our Savory Islanders we have the very best Zesty Cheddar Bites and Spicy Asiago Wafers.
