The motto ofNSS is "Not Me But You" inherits the ides of Social responsibility. The team worksenthusiastically 24*7 organising different projects and events because we believe in action.Identifying and understanding the problems prevalent in our society, we try to come up withsolutions to them and transform "what should be" Into "what is".Volunteers are constantly engaged in organizing blood donation camps, cleanliness drive,Traffic controls, education campaigns and health drives to name a few. The beauty of ourTeam lies in the fact that duties are not assigned but taken. Our work is not confined toisolated deeds and words of charity towards the disabled, helpless or the Poverty stricken, wedo not provide shoulders to lean upon and cry, we provide courage to stand and survive.Social welfare measures at the government level touch only a fringe of the problem, it is notpossible for the government to reach out to every person who needs help, NSS strives tobridge the gap.NSS Hindu College unit is one of the most active NSS units in theUniversity. We only focus on ground level activities to bring realtransformations and results.We hold regular activities, in which the volunteers are involved invarious social work in different dimensions. We consists of Five wingsnamely, Education, Environment , Health, Scribe, and Media, active24*7 through out the year.
