HR SANGAM founded in 2006 by Mr.Shashikanth Jayaraman, which includes more than 1000 patrons from various industries and institutions provides a platform for the HR fraternity to network and share knowledge. In keeping with this objective regular events are organized in Chennai by inviting senior HR practitioners to share their knowledge on contemporary areas of HR. Regular monthly meetings includes management movie based discussions, workshops on trending HR topics are conducted. Till date over 100 events have been organized covering topics ranging from contract labour to competency mapping, training to talent management, recruitment to retention strategies and so on. The forum also works on developing skills among the student community. ‘Campus to corporate' is a workshop among the students enabling them to scale up their employability and equip them to the corporate expectations ahead.
